Send Payment via PayPal

Once we receive your email we will reply within 24 hours with payment instructions. We accept payment via PayPal. Your subscription starts the day payment is received.

💡 Tip: You do not need a PayPal account to pay — PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards as a guest. We will include the payment link in our reply email.

Receive Your Moderator Access

Within 24 hours of payment we will send you your personal moderator dashboard link and secure access key. This gives you access to all reports submitted for your specific group — and only your group. Your CSV export link will be included so you can download organized reports anytime.

Common Questions

Can community members still report for free?
Yes — absolutely. Reporting will always be free and anonymous for all community members. The moderator subscription only covers the dashboard, analytics, and export features that moderators use to take action on those reports.
Will I see reports from other groups?
No. Your dashboard and CSV exports are filtered exclusively to the group(s) you moderate. You will never see reports from other communities. Privacy is fundamental to how SafeGroup works.
How quickly will I get access after paying?
We process all new subscriptions within 24 hours of receiving payment, Monday through Friday. Weekend subscriptions are processed first thing Monday morning.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — you can cancel anytime by emailing us at safegroup.support@gmail.com. We will cancel your subscription effective at the end of your current billing month. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — just email us and we will adjust your plan and prorate the difference. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing month.
What if I moderate more than 15 groups?
Contact us at safegroup.support@gmail.com and we will put together a custom enterprise quote for your needs.
Is my community's data secure?
Yes. All reports are stored securely and are only accessible to the moderator assigned to that specific group. We do not sell or share your community's report data for commercial purposes. Data may be accessed to provide your moderator dashboard, to assist moderators and reporters in documenting cyberbullying prevention efforts, and when required by lawful legal discovery, court order, or cooperation with law enforcement or platform safety teams.
